 finished the chapter 5 questions we worked on yesterday

 we presented the poster we made in class the last couple of days then we answered questions about chapter 5

 we finished the rest of our drawing 

 we were assigned a character from the great gatsby and had to draw them and list 5 character traits about them. Also on a separate sheet of paper  write the characters S.T.E.A.L

 we got put into groups to read chapter 3 and work on the assignment we were assigned to do.

 we read pages 25-31 and did questions about the pages 

 we watched a interview on martin luther king and answered questions about the interview and what the mlk speech did for the world.

 We read the first few pages of the great gatsby while answering question about it. Then we had to list the pros and cons of living in a big mansion

 We read over this page about the American dream and went over what the authors opinion and attitude towards what he thinks the American dream is.

 We went over the book that we are about to read called the great gatsby and read about this history of the author and book.

 Today in class we had to make 5 goals for 2024 then give out 3 details how we would achieve the goal. Then right a paragraph about each goal and how we can complete it.
